Because honey and food products are perishable consumables, opened or used food products generally cannot be returned for resale.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or contains the wrong item, contact us within 7 days with your order number and clear photos of the package and product.
Eligible refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible. Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an incorrect or defective shipment from Honeyvalea.
